Introduction

BioEdge is a set of tools dedicated to the analysis of (biological) networks. You can visualize some screenshots here.
The current functionalities of BioEdge tools are:
  • Statistical summary of a network: average (in/out) degree, number of (weak/strong) connected components...
  • Pathway inference with (constrained) shortest paths approach. 
  • Extraction of (weak/strong) connected components.
  • Extraction of context of subgraphs (pathways).
  • Motif detection.
  • Extraction of relevant subgraph.
